Secur-i-Disc Tamper Proof Wheelie Bin / Utility ID Holder

These holders have been designed to combat two problems:

Firstly, Members of the public are buying extra bins and placing them out for collection with their normal bins, especially in locations where several bins are placed at a single collection point, resulting in extra work for the refuse collectors and extra cost for the council.

Secondly, commercial bins are being stolen and used elsewhere.

With a tamper proof wheelie bin / utility bin ID permit holder placed on the bin with the relevant details of the address placed upon the permit and adopting a "no permit - no collection" policy, the bins are not able to be used in any other location and the theft of the bins would also be eliminated as they could not be used elsewhere.

We would recommend that some form of security feature is placed on the permit such as a hologram or foil printing so that the permit could not be photocopied.

The WB1 holder will take a rectangular / square permit up to 95mm square, and the WB2 / WB3 holder will take a circular permit up to 75mm in diameter.
